This is a wonderful organization where people throughout the US (and the world) are doing their part to support sustainbly produced food and celebrating the joy of cooking and eating together and preserving the culture history of food.

This is a part of Slow Food that focuses on endangered food whether it be heirloom vegetables or livestock. When we decide what to grow on our farm, we always look at Ark of Taste.

We get all our seeds from Seed Savers Exchange. Their effort of preserving the diversity of vegetables is one that we are extremely dedicated to supporting.
